USAO celebrated its 30th annual Droverstock on Thursday. The festival is a part of the annual Spring Triad, a time in the spring semester many students look forward to. Food trucks, rock walls, live music, and a myriad of other activities make Droverstock an enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Droverstock looked a bit different this year, though. In years prior, all festivities took place on the same day, typically the first Thursday in April. However, this year the music festival had its own day to shine. The chalk art festival and scholastic meet were held Thursday, and the music festival on Friday, which was held in the field house due to weather conditions.
The music festival welcomed back Adara Kay and isaiah!, and featured new perfomances from Toliver Rey, Gage Wilkerson and the Young Guns, and Degrees of Freedom. Headlining the event was Chase McDaniel. Food trucks and vendors accompanied the festivities both days.
