Welcome Week at the University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma lasts nine days. This year started on Thursday, August 21, with Freshman Move-In day and ended with Donuts and Coffee on Friday, August 29.
The beginning of Welcome Week starts off with Freshman Orientation which lasts three days. These three days are jam packed full of different activities all centered around making friends, getting acclimated with the campus, and a big competition at the end that everyone wants to win for bragging rights
The rest of the week has an event happening each day put on by USAO’s Student Activity Board (SAB) and Student Life. This year there was Pizza with the President, Club Fair and Community Night, a dodge ball tournament, Dusty’s After Dark Bingo night, and Donuts and Coffee.
