Ribbons are also being given away in the cafeteria, and this year’s specially designed t-shirts can be purchased with cash, credit or debit cards.
The 2013 Drovers Against Cancer shirts are $15 for short sleeve, $20 for long sleeve and $30 for a hoodie. Green and gold blankets are also going to be sold.Tuesday morning from 7:30 a.m. to noon there will be a cancer awareness bake sale in the Davis Hall lobby. Then the week’s main event, the Pink Out Cancer soccer games will be held. The woman will play at 1:00 p.m. and then men following at 3:00 p.m. Members will also be selling hot dogs, chips, and water. Fans are encouraged to wear pink to the game.
On Wednesday more ribbons will be given away in the cafeteria and Thursday the organization will be hosting a screening of ‘The Bucket List’ in the Lawson Court Theater, which is located on the second floor of the clubhouse.
